Blackman baseball and softball were the first Game of the Week recipients from DIRECTV by EnterSource, NewsRadio WGNS and the Murfreesboro Post.
EnterSource Vice-President Andy DeGraw also presented MVP awards to two student athletes.
AUSTIN MABRY: Austin Mabry was chosen for going 2-for-3 at the plate with a double, a single and a walk in the Blaze win over Smyrna last week. He also came in relief, throwing three strikeouts and earning the save.
SYDNEY DODD: Sydney Dodd was key in the Lady Blaze 11-to-9 win over Smyrna last week. She went 3-for-4 at the plate with 2 RBI.
