Teams need to call the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce at (800) 716-7560. Please do not leave a message, continue calling until you speak with a CVB representative. If we do not hear from a school representative at those times, we will assume that they do not require rooms and all room blocks will be dropped.

Calls will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. As soon as team assignments are made at the Chamber of Commerce, a chamber representative will hang up and immediately and call the selected hotel.  Then, a hotel representative will call the team coach back and set up the arrangements.  By doing it this way, the hotel employee will have access to their computers and will be able to offer exceptional service.  Please be sure that the person calling to get the hotel assignment has all of the pertinent information at hand (i.e. rooms needed, rooming list, school credit card number, phone numbers, arrival time, etc.)

The Convention & Visitors Bureau is holding blocks of rooms at area hotels for basketball teams only. The hotel list can be found here. Fans and families will need to make their own reservations. Each team may use the full number of rooms allotted or any number of those rooms. However, if all of the rooms are not taken when the arrangements are made, the lodging facility is under no obligation to provide additional rooms at a later date.  MAKE SURE THAT YOU KNOW HOW MANY ROOMS YOU WILL NEED WHEN YOU CALL.
