Providence Christian Academy's girls basketball team made school history Saturday by claiming the Division II, 1-A Middle District Championship at Middle Tennessee Christian School with a 51-37 win over FRA.
It's their second year in the TSSAA and eighth season with a basketball program. They'll move on to regional play this week.
